Responsibilities include supporting attorneys with legal research, assisting clients with immigration document preparation, managing visa applications, and staying updated on immigration law and policies. The Immigration Paralegal will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and facilitating successful immigration outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Immigration Law and legal principles
- Experience with Legal Document Preparation and immigration case management
- Knowledge of Visas and Immigration Issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Effectively communicates with clients and maintains confidentiality
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred
