Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Paralegal based in Coral Gables, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Immigration Paralegal will assist with preparing and filing legal documents, conducting research on immigration matters, and supporting attorneys in drafting and submitting petitions, applications, and correspondence. The candidate will serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of immigration law and procedures.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Immigration Law, including an understanding of visas and immigration-related legal processes
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including petitions, applications, and legal correspondence
- Familiarity with Immigration Issues and the ability to conduct research to support case preparation
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Experience working in a law firm environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Language proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage
