Folsom Jackson O'Malley LLP is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Employment Law and Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment performing complex secretarial, administrative and litigation tasks while assisting attorneys and clients.
What You Will Need:
- At least five years of litigation legal assistant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management, time entry, and e-filing.
- Experience preparing law and motion documents.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes.
- Strong litigation calendaring and service requirement knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, proofreading and time management abilities.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Paralegal training/certificate a plus but not required.
