Falcon Kids Care is accepting applications for Site Leads at our childcare program for the upcoming school year. Schedules are flexible and determined based on availability.

Falcon Kids Care Hours of Operation

• Before School: 6:00-8:00am
• After School: 3:00-6:00pm
• Non School Days: 6:00-6:00pm
• Summer Care: 6:00-6:00pm
  
  

Site Leads: Applicants must be 18 years of age. Hourly wage of $16.00/hour

Group Leads and Aides: Applicants must be 16 years of age. Hourly wage is $13.00 - $14.50/hour

Essential Functions Of The Job Include The Following

• Plan and implement daily age appropriate activities
• Supervise planned activities, events or areas, as delegated
• Monitor and supervise the behavior of children to enforce the rules and guidelines and to assure the safety of children.
• Follow and enforce the policies and procedures of the school aged childcare program.
• Clean, organize, and set up games, materials and supplies needed prior to and during the programming.
• Assist in record keeping for attendance, behavior incident reports and injury reports.
• Be responsible for supervision of children at all times.
• Daily communication with parents if and when needed
• Adhere strictly to the work schedule and arrive on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned
