What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Administrator position at Foley Equipment?
The Warranty Administrator will review and analyze warranty work order information. You will directly impact what is returned to our company from the manufacturer on warranty claims.

What You Will Do In This Role
- Work with departments to seek out missing information on warranties
- Create warranty claims from work orders
- Quote extended warranties for the sales department
- Warranty registration
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing skills, and ability to learn new programs
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of terminology
- Technical training
- Industry mechanical experience
