Remodeling Carpenter / Construction Technician
Location: Williston, ND
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re expanding our team in Williston, ND and are looking for experienced Remodeling Carpenters, Construction Technicians, and Skilled Laborers who take pride in quality craftsmanship.
We specialize in house flips and third-party residential remodeling projects, giving our team a variety of work and steady, year-round employment. If you’re experienced in multiple trades and enjoy seeing projects through from demolition to completion, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Complete residential remodeling and renovation projects
• Demolition and job site preparation
• Framing and finish carpentry
• Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and texture
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile)
• Cabinet and trim installation
• Window and door installation
• Siding and roofing (preferred but not required)
• General repairs and punch-list work
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Qualifications
• 2 years of remodeling or residential construction experience preferred
• Experience in multiple trades is a major plus
• Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
