Construction Estimator / Sales Representative
We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must have experience estimating construction remodels and new-build projects
- Must have proven sales experience, preferably in construction
- Ability to read plans, calculate materials and labor costs, and prepare accurate estimates
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to follow up with leads and close sales
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates and proposals for remodel and new construction projects
- Review plans, scope of work, materials, and labor requirements
- Communicate with clients and conduct project consultations
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into signed projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the construction team
Construction estimating and sales experience are required.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
