Role Description

This full-time, on-site Licensed Clinician role is based in Youngstown, OH. The responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and maintaining documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Licensed Clinician will also collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, provide support in crisis situations, and engage with clients to promote emotional stability and mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and delivering individual, group, or family therapy.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and a commitment to collaborative, client-focused treatment approaches.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and engage with diverse populations.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a similar field is required.
• Experience or training in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or mental health counseling is preferred.
