About the RoleThe Local IT Support Technician serves as a frontline technical resource responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing client IT environments. This role focuses on aligning customer infrastructure with business needs while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.The support technician installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, networks, and related technologies to ensure reliable performance and security. Working primarily at client locations, this position partners closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to support local and wide area network environments and resolve technical issues efficiently.Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, business awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
