Summary:
MSP hiring on-site IT support technician eager to find a solution when they don't know an answer. The job is based in Green Bay, WI but occasionally will require onsite visits at client locations.
The job hours are M-F 10:30am-7:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Flexibility is available as we understand life happens.

We aim to be the one-stop-shop for IT questions, so your daily tasks can vary and you will not be bored. As a company, we are not afraid of trying new technologies and strongly encourage employees to explore products that they may not have had experience with in the past!
What your day looks like:
Since we act as an IT department for nearly all of our clients, our tasks vary widely. The day may start with a Microsoft 365 question, followed by a new PC setup, followed by building out a phone system, and finishing the day configuring antennas. You will not be doing the same thing over and over again.
This position will work to ensure that all tickets are handled appropriately in a timely manner, as well as being the first line of contact with clients.
We spend most of the day at the office, but we do occasionally go on-site to clients locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- IT Support across various platforms
- Have a friendly, confident attitude
- Answer client technical support phone calls
- Ensure ticket system is organized
- Log all work in ticketing system
- Develop documentation
- Maintain all company information via documentation system
- Support clients via Remote or On-site support (40%) travel within NE Wisconsin
Experience (Preferred):
- VoIP Administration (3CX)
- Windows Server
- RDP
- Ubiquiti Networks
- Microsoft 365
- Vultr, AWS
- FreshDesk
- Microsoft Teams
- Low Voltage Cabling
- PC Building
- Cable Termination (RJ45, Keystone)
- High level of experience with Windows 10 and 11
Requirements:
- Drivers license
- 1-2 years of IT support and troubleshooting or an IT degree
- Ability to work in United States
- Willing to submit information for background check
- Internet in the IT Field
