- Do you have experience in a manufacturing, engineering support, production technician, or process improvement role?
- Are you able to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, production documentation, or technical drawings?
- Do you have hands-on experience supporting production, troubleshooting process issues, fixtures, tooling, or new product launches?
- Are you comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around moving mechanical parts, noise, and varying temperatures?
- Are you proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel?
- Can you stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed during the workday?
- Are you available to work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM?
- Are you willing to work occasional overtime or weekends with short notice when business needs require it?

Responsibilities
- Support implementation plans for new and existing products
- Coordinate new product launch activities based on customer and production requirements
- Schedule and participate in kickoff meetings for new product implementation
- Work with production teams to determine staffing and work cell needs for new product start-ups
- Confirm work instructions and related production documentation are complete before release to production
- Verify tooling, assembly fixtures, and related equipment are completed and ready prior to production release
- Measure and report actual production times compared to quoted production times
- Support process improvements for assemblies that are not running efficiently
- Assist with fixture, tooling, and testing/program solutions for production
- Help coordinate production transfers, including materials, tooling, fixtures, and related resources
- Communicate clearly with engineering, quality, production, sales, customer service, and continuous improvement teams
- Report safety hazards or incidents immediately and consider safety needs within assigned projects
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by management
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent applicable manufacturing/industry experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with multiple departments
- Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and problem-solve under pressure
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role preferred
- Knowledge of production software systems is a plus
- General office and manufacturing environment
- May occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
- Noise level is typically moderate
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands regularly
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Vision requirements include near and far vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
