We're partnering with a growing international industrial equipment organization to identify a Facility Operations Supervisor who will play a key role in launching and supporting a brand-new Atlanta facility. This is a unique opportunity to join a company during an exciting period of growth and help establish the processes, systems, and operational foundation for long-term success.

This is not a traditional warehouse supervisor role. While warehouse operations are an important component, this position offers much broader responsibility, including facility operations, inventory management, vendor coordination, customer support, process development, and technical operations. As the organization grows, this role offers a clear path toward Facility or Plant Management.

What You'll Do

• Help launch and oversee the daily operations of a new Atlanta facility.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Partner with vendors, contractors, customers, and service technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support equipment installations, facility readiness, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Manage inventory accuracy using SAP, WMS, ERP, or similar inventory management systems.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility.
• Assist with future hiring, onboarding, and training as the operation expands.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facility operations, manufacturing, industrial operations, warehouse leadership, inventory management, or a related environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP, or comparable inventory management systems.
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to Canada for approximately one week of paid training.
