This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions, including lifting and carrying heavy items. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, and lift or carry heavy items safely.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktail recipes and beverage trends.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours without compromising service quality.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately while following company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
