The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to assigned residents of a designated unit per shift. The RN Supervisor provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. Supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shifts concerning scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures.

- New Rates**
- Full Time: 80 hours pay every other weekend & holiday pay *SIGN ON BONUS*
- Part Time: up to 60 hours per pay every other weekend & holiday
- PRN (min of 2 wknd shifts/month & 2 holidays per year)
- 6 paid Holidays
- PTO & Sick Time (ft only)

The Expectations:
- Knowledge of geriatric and general chronic care nursing principals and professional standards of nursing practice and ability to apply to resident specific circumstances
- Able to identify, implement and evaluate appropriate objectives and interventions for residents
- Cardiac care and experience with LVAD’s
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (required)
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse (required)
- Long Term Care experience (preferred)
- CPR Certification - or ability to obtain.
