Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team
- Accurately complete treatment documentation using Net Health
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations
- Support a positive, resident-focused therapy environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania PTA license required
- Indirect License Preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehab team
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations in SNF settings are encouraged to apply
