As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll bring strength, encouragement, and joy to our residents while helping them achieve greater mobility and independence. You’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve strength, balance, and mobility
- Document all treatments and resident progress accurately and efficiently
- Encourage residents to stay motivated and engaged in their therapy journey
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes
- Promote a safe, positive, and caring environment for all residents
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
