Floor Technician Rate: $14.50 per hour.

Floor Technician Shifts: 5am-1pm Shift. Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Our Environmental Services Department is seeking an experienced Floor Technician for long term care nursing facility in Milton, PA. The Floor Technician performs routine floor care, scrubbing, extracting, refreshing, and buffing of floor services while maintaining cleanliness and standard safety protocols.

Floor Technician Key Duties

• Maintains all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing though out the facility.
• Properly and safely operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, steam machine.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated location after each use.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
  
  
  

Floor Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-2 years long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills.
