- Uphold facility standards, policies, and compliance measures
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- CPR Certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or subacute setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and leadership ability
- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to be part of a team that makes a difference
