Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, prioritizing patient-centered care and positive outcomes
- Conduct staff meetings and provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that our nursing team is equipped to deliver exceptional care
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster open communication and collaboration with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary services to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a healthcare setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
