The Admissions Coordinator Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors ensuring a welcoming, supportive and customer-focused experience within the facility. This helps residents transition to the sub-acute and long-term care environment. They also advise the Administrator and building team on resident flow, manage the admissions process upon conversion, and they spearhead and assist their facility in promoting an overall positive stay and outcome for all patients admitted to the facility.
