Position Type: Full-Time
Fairview Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking a professional and customer-focused Admissions Concierge to support our admissions process and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience, coordinating inquiries, and supporting the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition into our skilled nursing facility.
Admissions Concierge Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, walk-ins, and admission inquiries
Greet residents, families, and visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources regarding potential admissions
Assist with intake documentation and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and timely
Support insurance verification and communicate admission requirements
Schedule tours and assist with family meetings and admission appointments
Maintain communication with nursing, social services, and administrative teams regarding incoming residents
Track referral activity and maintain organized records
Promote a positive, professional image of the facility at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Experience in healthcare admissions, customer service, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems preferred
Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills

Full-time position
May include occasional evenings or weekends based on facility needs
