We’re seeking a hands-on Network Manager to lead a small but highly capable team driving connectivity and performance across enterprise and remote operations. This role blends technical depth, leadership, and real-world impact — perfect for someone who thrives in complex, dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a small network team, remaining hands-on with design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Oversee network architecture and operations across enterprise and remote sites — ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Manage vendor relationships, connectivity budgets, and project delivery to meet business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and continuously optimize performance
Requirements & Technical Must-Haves:
• Strong, practical expertise in Cisco network design and implementation (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN)
• Proven experience with Azure networking and Palo Alto firewalls
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory
• Knowledge of F5/Netscaler load balancers, DMVPN, and network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark)
