We are supporting a leading global Workday partner who are hiring a Workday AI Specialist to drive AI-led transformation within the Workday ecosystem for a customer based in Connecticut. This is a senior consulting role focused on Workday Illuminate and AI-driven use cases across HCM, Finance and Talent Management.

You will define and lead the AI strategy within Workday, partnering with HR, Finance, IT and Workday product teams to identify high-value AI use cases, design an AI adoption roadmap, and oversee delivery of AI/ML solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. You will align AI initiatives with organizational goals, compliance requirements and stakeholder expectations, and act as a key advisor on AI within Workday.

🔸Working model – ideally hybrid - remote with travel also considered

🔸Focus – designing and leading AI-driven solutions and adoption roadmaps within the Workday ecosystem (including Workday Illuminate) across HR, Finance and Talent

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🔹Workday consulting experience & Workday certifications preferred

🔹Hands-on experience with Workday Illuminate and at least 2 large, full life cycle Workday implementations

🔹Proven experience defining and executing Workday AI implementation / adoption roadmaps

🔹Strong stakeholder skills, able to lead AI discussions with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders and align solutions to organizational goals
