B2B Sales Executive (Outbound / New Business)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site)
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 base commission

We’re hiring a driven, results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to help scale our outbound sales efforts and generate new business across key verticals including broadcasting, IT, multimedia, SLED, and federal.
This is a true hunter role—focused on outbound prospecting, reactivating dormant accounts, and creating new revenue opportunities. You’ll have the autonomy to build pipeline, test strategies, and make a direct impact on company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, and creative outreach)
- Build and manage a pipeline of net-new and reactivated accounts
- Target commercial and public sector organizations across key verticals
- Re-engage past customers from RFPs, portals, and previous purchases
- Leverage website activity and intent data to convert warm leads
- Qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, and support deal progression
- Collaborate with internal teams (RFP, product specialists, leadership) to close business
- Help refine outbound messaging, cadences, and sales strategy
- Track activity and pipeline to ensure consistent performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (outbound/hunting required)
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach
- Experience in AV, IT, broadcasting, or consumer electronics preferred
- Exposure to SLED or federal sales is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
