Job Summary:
The Partnership Executive position is responsible for driving growth within Focal Pointe's footprint in a designated territory by identifying, pursuing, and securing new commercial partnerships. This role will be responsible for proactively engaging with a diverse range of commercial clients and delivering customized land care solutions that align with their needs and expectations. The Partnership Executive position will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Business Development.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities through multiple sales methods, including but not limited to cold calling, emailing, drop-ins, association events, presentation engagements, etc.
- Establish strong trust-based relationships with existing customers and prospective clients, working to understand their property management objectives, and develop landscape solutions that support their brand and provide a clear value
- Collaborate with the operations team to leverage their horticultural expertise related to enhancement opportunities for clients
- Conduct site walks independently or alongside the Estimator to better understand the project scope, clients’ expectations, and requirement
- Build and manage a full pipeline through the entirety of the sales cycle to ensure sales targets are met monthly, quarterly and annually
- Meet established prospecting benchmarks, gain access to decision-makers, and effectively close new landscape maintenance contracts to meet or exceed sales goals
- Partner with the Branch Manager, Account Managers, and Executive Director of Business Development to achieve both personal sales goals and the broader objectives of the market and company
- This position is field-based and is closely tied to the local Focal Pointe branch office, collaborating with Branch Manager, and Estimator to survey properties for proposals
- Travel daily within assigned territory up to 75% of the time within the Focal Pointe territory, meeting with customers, prospective customers, and presenting proposals
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up with internal teams and clients to support project success

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Experience with CRM tools preferred (Hubspot)
- Experience with Aspire, Google Earth, SiteRecon, or Property Intel is a plus
- Computer literacy skills and experience with MS Office including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS
- Must have a clean, unrestricted driver’s license and full coverage auto insurance
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in face-to-face B2B sales
- 5 years sales experience in the landscape industry or a similar facility service industry
- Demonstrated history of building and maintaining profitable customer relationships through consistent outreach and consultative selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue goals and account growth targets
- Experience navigating complex accounts, scopes, and proposals, with the ability to explain value and return on investment to decision-makers at various levels
