At Foamcraft, this isn’t standing around watching the clock. This is hands-on work—building, assembling, and preparing custom foam products that go out the door to our customers every day.
If you like staying busy, working with a team, and seeing the results of what you did at the end of the shift, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do:
You’ll rotate through a mix of production tasks, including:
- Spray and assemble foam pieces using water-based adhesive
- Organize and stage materials for production
- Bundle, wrap, and package finished foam products to customer specifications
- Label and prepare orders for shipment
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Move materials throughout the plant using proper lifting techniques
- Jump in where needed — supporting other areas as you’re trained
This role is repetitive at times—but it’s steady, important work that keeps the operation moving.

What you’ll need:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and measurement skills

- Ability to lift and handle materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)

Details:
- Hourly, non-exempt
- Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Pay starts at $15/hr with raises in the first year
