Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant General Manager located in Rapid City, SD. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, adhering to budgets, hiring and training staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves fostering team development, maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards, and driving the restaurant’s success through leadership and innovation.
