Flynn Group is hiring a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support our Taco Bell, Applebee's, and Wendy's locations across the Indianapolis market. You’ll be the go-to tech keeping restaurant systems up and running so teams can focus on serving guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Travel to restaurant locations to repair, service, and maintain IT equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and installation projects
- Troubleshoot POS systems, computers, peripherals, cabling, and basic networks
- Test systems to ensure full functionality
- Support restaurant teams with technical issues and questions
- Document work completed using ServiceNow
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system issues
- Work independently while meeting quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General computer knowledge (Windows/DOS)
- Basic cabling and networking knowledge
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to work on a 6’–8’ ladder
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
