What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on excellence in people, performance, and profitability
- Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results
- Build a culture of accountability—holding teams to high standards while developing future leaders
- Drive consistent execution through strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent across your market
- Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels
- Navigate a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly while maintaining focus on results
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (Area Director experience strongly preferred)
- A hands-on, process-driven leadership style with strong organization and planning skills
- High level of attention to detail - you notice what others miss and take action
- Ability to lead with intensity and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- A true passion for people - coaching, developing, and building strong teams
- Grit, ownership, and accountability - you show up, lean in, and drive results
- A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel between locations
- Must be at least 18 years old
