General Tasks & Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for patients seeking care in our facility.
- Expediting patient registration check-in and check-out process.
- Utilizing EPIC electronic appointment system to schedule appointments, and review insurance and appointment history.
- Collecting payments and dispersing carfare and serves as the clinic liaison.
- Answering phones and addressing patient/caller inquiries.
