- You've worked in hospitality, service, or retail-you know how to move fast, stay organized, and handle people.
- You're fluent in English Spanish or Polish.
- You want to grow in dental—you’ll learn dental terminology, common patient concerns, scheduling systems, practice management software, and different treatment types.

Position Summary
As a Dental Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring every patient receives a positive experience from check-in to follow-up. You’ll assist the dentist during treatments, help prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterilization standards, support patient care, and contribute to the smooth flow of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, and more.
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms with instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control protocols.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Greet and prepare patients, ensuring comfort and understanding before procedures.
- Provide patient education on oral care and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling or administrative tasks.
- Manage supply inventory and restock as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidates. New graduates are welcome

Schedule:
- Mon: 8:15am-6pm
- Tues: 8:15am-6pm
- Wed: 8:15am-6pm (alternate)
- Thurs: 8:15am-6pm
- Fri: 8:15am-6pm
- Sat: 8:15am-3:30pm (alternate)
