Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales teams for order-related inquiries.
- Processes international sales orders with occasional guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Shipping, Planning, Operations) to resolve routine inquiries.
- Monitor sales order status, shipment progress and backlog activities, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with reconciliation of purchase orders and pricing accuracy.
- Support Finance on basic payment documentation when required.
- Participate in internal audits and training activities to build proficiency.
- Maintain and update documentation and standard work as directed.
- Assist with other departmental responsibilities as needed.
- Escalate complex issues or discrepancies for review and resolution.
- Participates in daily management and visual management activities.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial services, or order management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Oracle or equivalent ERP system
- Understanding of:
- Freight forwarding and small parcel shipments
- Incoterms
- International compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Follows established procedures and guidelines and escalates complex issues
