Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a highly motivated Video Content Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. This role is responsible for creating, shooting, and editing high-performing short-form and long-form content for a large-scale social media audience. The ideal candidate understands viral storytelling, thrives in high-pressure environments, and can execute content from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and produce engaging video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snap Chat
• Edit high-volume content with a strong focus on pacing, retention, and viral performance
• Collaborate directly with talent and team to develop creative concepts and execute ideas
• Assist in developing hooks, visual gags, and storytelling strategies optimized for social media algorithms
• Manage and organize footage, assets, and project files
• Maintain and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Support live productions and experimental content formats (e.g., live streaming, interactive content)
• Adapt quickly to trends and platform changes to keep content relevant and competitive
  

• Experience shooting and editing social media content
• Strong understanding of viral content structure 
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred)
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
• Strong creative instincts and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable production environment
• Reliable transportation
