What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator and Social Media Manager (Gaming Hardware) position at Airdrop Gaming LLC?
Job Title:
Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Gaming)
Job Overview
We’re looking for one person to own content for Audio Radar.
This is not a typical social media role. You will create, edit, post, and test content daily as we launch a new gaming product.
If you already make content and want real responsibility — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create daily short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Shoot gameplay across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation
- Edit video fast (hooks, pacing, captions, overlays)
- Post content and engage with comments and DMs
- Test ideas and improve what works
- Create simple ad creatives (video stills)
- Help with product videos, website visuals, and content shoots
What We’re Looking For
- You already create content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- You understand short-form video and what performs
- You can shoot and edit quickly without a lot of direction
- You play video games regularly
- You are consistent, reliable, and self-directed
Nice to Have
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Experience with gameplay capture (OBS, Elgato, etc.)
- Graphic design or motion graphics skills
- Any connection to the deaf or hard-of-hearing community
What You’ll Get
- Full ownership of content (not just posting)
- Real work that will run as ads and social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with a product launch
- Direct access to the founder and a small team
- Fast-paced, creative environment (not corporate)
Work Environment
On-site in Zeeland, Michigan.
You’ll work out of a gaming garage with multiple PCs, consoles, and a full content setup.
Schedule
30–40 hours per week
Flexible structure depending on fit
How to Apply
Submit:
- A short video introducing yourself (60 seconds)
- Links to content you’ve created
(Optional but strongly encouraged: create a short sample video concept for Audio Radar)
Final Note
If you’ve ever wanted to build a real content portfolio — not just school projects — this is that opportunity.
