QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BARBERSHOP REGIONAL LEADER
- 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Ability to manage individual shop performance
- Budgeting and P&L experience
- Strong hands-on leadership style and ability to coach and develop Shop Leaders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the district
A college degree is preferred. This is a full-time role averaging 50 hours per week, with weekend availability as needed. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
