YOUR ROLE
As a Barbershop Regional District Leader, you will spend your day leading and supporting multiple shop locations within your region. You will focus on ensuring each shop operates in full alignment with company goals while delivering an exceptional client and team member experience. You'll inspire and guide Shop Leaders and teams, fostering a high-energy culture grounded in collaboration, growth, and excellence. Your day will involve analyzing financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and coaching teams on achieving sales and operational goals. You'll travel between locations, conduct evaluations, and lead training and performance reviews. You will act as the link between field operations and the Home Office, ensuring everyone is working together seamlessly. From driving client retention and profitability to upholding brand standards and compliance, every day will challenge and reward your leadership abilities.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position averaging 50 hours per week, with weekend availability required. Travel throughout the district is a regular part of the role.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A BARBERSHOP REGIONAL DISTRICT LEADER
- 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Ability to manage individual shop performance
- Budgeting and P&L experience
- Strong hands-on leadership style and ability to coach and develop Shop Leaders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the district
A college degree is preferred.
