What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Warehouse Support/FT position at Floyd's Truck Center?
Position Summary:
Responsible for working in Parts Shipping & Receiving, following procedures to manage inventory, and demonstrating teamwork with other departments and locations of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Check incoming shipments from all vendors and ship out parts through various shipping companies
- Possess a positive attitude
- Possess a teamwork mentality
- Ensures that all products are received on the listed vendor packing slips
- Ensures that part numbers on the parts match the parts numbers on the packing slips
- Documents any error in deliveries
- Ensures that all back-order parts are documented and filed
- Ensures that all customer parts are stored in correct special-order bins
- Ensures that all parts that need to be shipped are shipped out that day
- Ensures that all stock inventory is put away in the correct bin locations before the end of the day
- Ensures that all core returns are pulled and completed bi-weekly
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse area free of debris and safety hazards.
- If eligible, provide additional delivery of parts, if requested.

Specialized
Valid Drivers License required.
Forklift Certification preferred
