With approximately $250M in revenue across multiple divisions, this firm has built a strong reputation delivering ground-up projects across the U.S. Their core focus is light industrial, with additional work in distribution, cold storage, commercial, medical, and tenant improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead on-site operations for ground-up construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and day-to-day field activities
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–15 years of Superintendent experience
- Strong background in ground-up construction
- Experience in light industrial projects preferred
- Willingness to travel for projects
- Proven leadership skills and ability to run projects independently
- Driven, career-oriented individual interested in long-term growth
Compensation & Benefits:
