What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple entry level production associate positions with our logistics team.
These are full time positions with plenty of opportunities for weekly overtime. The schedule will be Monday through Friday. There will not be weekend work available for this role.
We are willing to train the right employee to perform all job duties and to be successful in this position. The job itself is very fast paced and physically involved. You will be required to stand and move for extended periods of time. The work day will be spent producing custom orders and products. You will be working with a team to complete each project.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Learning to perform all job duties and taking on additional responsibilities
- Gathering products from throughout the warehouse to be used in each project
- Performing quality checks on your and other's work
- Locating, repairing and reporting defects or mistakes in production
- Using a scanner to locate items
- Following detailed written instructions to create each order
- Palletizing and preparing outgoing orders
- Taking direction from your manager and completing projects with your team
- Replenishing shelves to ensure materials are available
Qualifications:
- The ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- The willingness to work in a repetitive and fast paced working environment
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to lift 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
