What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple bus driver positions for our logistics team.
This is a permanent, full time position. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available for this role. There may be overtime required based on what route is required to be completed.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in passenger transportation. You must have a valid Class B Driver license to be considered for this position. We are willing to train and certify you on any job specific requirements. This position will require you to work directly with our clients and the public. You must be highly customer service oriented to be successful.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and driving company vehicles to transport our clients to their destinations
- Following predetermined routes and a repetitive schedule
- Remaining safety and detail oriented at all times, following all traffic laws
- Communicating with the transportation manager and dispatching to report any delays
- Completing all trainings and receiving the required certifications to perform the job
- Performing safety and visual inspections of your vehicle before each route and after each work day
- Assisting passengers with loading their belongings onto the bus
- Using GPS software to effectively navigate to your destinations
- Remaining professional at all times with your communications to passengers
Qualifications:
- Maintaining a valid Class B Driver License
- Prior experience in passenger transportation
- Very strong customer service abilities
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn GPS software
- The ability to lift 40 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
