What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ice Cream Server/Cashier position at Flower & Cream?
We are looking to hire up to 2 additional employees who are able to work at least a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve guests ice cream.
2. Provide samples and answer questions related to our menu.
3. Process payments using our POS. ( We're cashless, credit cards only)
4. Maintain a spotless working environment at all times.
Requirements:
1. A WINNING ATTITUDE.
2. Works well under pressure
3. Able to work nights (past 10PM) and weekends.
4. Able to lift 45 lbs unassisted.
5. Able to stand for extended periods.
6. Self starter and able to work without supervision.
7. Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week. (Typical shifts are 5-6 hours)
8. Be willing and available to cover shifts.
9. Must enjoy a fast paced and busy environment.
Typical shifts are 5-6 hours
