Operations Director, COO Team (F/M/D)

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic leader responsible for driving critical operational initiatives across the organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate the complex and changing landscape of digital assets while building scalable operational frameworks to support the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the firm's business objectives.
• Serve as a key partner for Operations, Executive Leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage critical internal and external relationships.
• Drive the establishment of governance structures.
• Establish key performance metrics and reporting mechanisms for operational initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams as the organisation grows.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or related functions.
• 10 years of experience in digital assets, fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives, preferably in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional strategic projects
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional initiative management skills with ability to conflicting priorities
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences

The base salary range for this role is between $230,000 - $280,000 in the State of New York. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus.
