A growing home care company is seeking a COO / Director to independently oversee all company operations and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee all company operations and departments

• Manage compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements

• Handle employee hiring, management, and retention

• Oversee billing and financial operations

• Manage relationships with partner agencies and institutions

• Drive strategic planning and company growth initiatives

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Extensive leadership experience in senior management

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently

• Comfortable working in a less formal office environment

• Experience in the home care industry preferred
