PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Lead complex investigations, coach managers and ensure fair, consistent resolution of workplace issues.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to federal, state and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
- Talent Management: Support succession planning, career development and performance improvement initiatives.
- Change Leadership: Guide teams through organizational transitions, policy updates, and cultural shifts with clarity and empathy.
- Mentorship and Development: Actively mentor and coach HR team members, fostering professional growth, knowledge sharing and skill development. Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases, compliance issues, and policy interpretation to build team capability.
- HR Excellence: Partner with teams to support streamlining processes across the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or leadership role, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage complex investigations, performance issues and disciplinary action with fairness and discretion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
This role typically operates in an office environment but could require up to 25% travel to field shop locations.
