What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data & Compliance Coordinator position at FLOWCO HOLDINGS INC.?
The Data & Compliance Coordinator for Air Methane will coordinate pilot schedules based on client needs, as well as ensure inspection standard compliance based on EPA Regulations and manage the data and reporting of said inspections. Assist with day-to-day operations of the Air Methane Department as well as assisting the Director of Air Methane with various projects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

- Bill customers for jobs and keep track of all billing processes.
- Learn to analyze Optimal Gas Imaging (OGI) scans
- Assist the Data Analytics team with OGI scans by reviewing them for accuracy, leaks, and other potential issues
- Communicating with the team and customers through phone and email regarding inspection schedules
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet compliance regulations
- Research compliance regularly and realign SOPs as necessary
- Train Air Methane personnel on reporting SOPs and compliance
- Other duties as assigned within scope of responsibilities

- Must be highly proficient in MS Suite, Adobe, and Internal Communications tools
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be adaptable to changing business directives.
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in a professional setting
- Strong analytical skills
