Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, located in Miami, FL. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations of residential communities, ensuring top-tier resident satisfaction. They will coordinate with teams to maintain property standards, manage maintenance scheduling, oversee budgets, and assist in strategic planning for operational improvements. Additionally, they will help foster a strong community atmosphere and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Operational and organizational abilities, including budget management, scheduling, and attention to detail
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and identify improvements
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of residential property regulations and compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
