time following the completion of training.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Order Entry
- Order tracking/shipment status updates
- Answering phones
- Part number entry as needed
- Customer/contact entry
- Fraud Detection
- Ability and comfort working with computer applications- the majority of time is spent working in NetSuite
- Display a high level of punctuality and dependability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Personable and team-player attitude
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers
- Aptitude for multi-tasking, task-switching, and strong organizational skills
- Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software
- Experience using a multi-line telephone system
- Experience with sharing a workload while working as part of a team 4. Experience working in an open office environment
