Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to manage and oversee the permitting process for our event installations. This role is critical to ensuring our events run smoothly and meet all local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Submit and track permits with local cities and counties
- Communicate with building departments, fire marshals, and inspectors
- Prepare site plans and documentation for permit approvals
- Coordinate inspection schedules
- Maintain records of permits and approvals
- Assist with administrative office tasks as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure timelines are met
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
- Experience with permits, construction, or event coordination preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and proactive
