Florida Stairworks LLC, located in Ft. Myers Florida is a custom staircase and cabinetry company. We are a results driven company with a goal of providing superior quality and service to our customers. Florida Stairworks, LLC is seeking an experienced millwork or stair project estimator.
Job Description:
- Review blueprints and create proposals and estimates
- Coordinate bidding priorities with sales department
- Grow sales through new projects and customers
- Communicate with contractors, architects, project managers to ensure all project specifications and requirements are bid correctly.
- Input all sales leads and bids in ERP system for tracking and follow up
- Job compensation consist of base salary plus sales bonuses or commissions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have superior proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of millwork bidding and fabrication methods a must.
- Must have excellent reading comprehension skills.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Most have a valid OSHA 10 certification prior to start date.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED Required
- Past Millwork Bidding experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
