High-End Custom Cabinetry & Millwork | Southwest Florida
Full-Time Position | $32–$38 per hour, based on experience

We are a high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork company in Southwest Florida seeking an experienced custom cabinet & millwork installer to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship, works well with others, and understands the level of quality and attention to detail required in luxury residential installations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, or high-end woodworking installation
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation techniques
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Skilled in field measurements, layout, fitting, scribing, leveling, and installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality while completing work efficiently
- Professional and respectful when working with homeowners, contractors, designers, and other trades
- Dependable, organized, and able to properly prepare for each installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to assist and teach less-experienced team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Must be highly proficient in English, oral and written
