Residential Pool Sales/Design & Project Manager – Full-Time Position

We are hiring for a Sales and a Project Manager
Infinity Custom Pools, Inc. in Cape Coral, FL, is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Pool Sales and a Project Manager to join our growing team. As a dynamic pool construction company, we are expanding rapidly and need someone who is driven to chase and close new leads. This is a full-time, in-house position based out of Cape Coral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to discuss their pool design needs and vision.
- Design & Visualization: Use Structure Studio VIP 3D software to create stunning, detailed pool designs for customer approval and visualization.
- Color & Finish Selection: Guide customers through selecting all pool colors, finishes, and materials.
- Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads to convert inquiries into contracts.
- Project Coordination: Assist the office team in scheduling jobs, coordinating materials, and ensuring smooth project flow.
- On-Site Oversight: Collaborate with crews to ensure seamless execution of each project from start to finish.
- Project Management: Oversee each pool project to ensure it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the company’s high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pool sales and design.
- Proven track record in construction sales.
- Proficiency in CAD or Structure Studio VIP software is required.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and suppliers.
Compensation & Benefits:
